Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Futech inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Futech inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Futech, a specialized electrical distributor focused in motor controls and automation equipment.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Futech inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Futech inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Futech inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

RMA Policy
-All items have 90 days from the purchase date to apply for an RMA number.
-To apply for an RMA number it takes the following items:
- Copy of invoice or invoice number.
- Manufacturers part number of the item in being returned (part number on the original invoice or packing slip).
- Reason for return. If the reason is because the item is defective, be precise and describe the defect in detail.
-All returned items carry a 20% re-stocking fee (to be confirmed in cases of defect)
-All returned items must be returned with 30 days of the issue of the RMA number. All items must be in unused condition and returned in their original box. The box must also be in its original condition, undamaged and unmarked.
-Item can be returned only with the final RMA approval document.
-All items sold under “Non-Stock” and star (*) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
-All decisions and actions pertaining to any returned good must come through and/or be authorized by the RMA department, not the salesman or representative.

Futech inc.’s Price Guarantee
At point of sale we will match any national advertised printed mass circulation prices on the same in-stock items/offers. Just show us the published price, and we will match it with an Futech inc. credit good for anything else we sell Vendor below-cost or special price promos excluded. Due to fluctuation in the industry, products are subject to change and we cannot offer price protection on these items in the event prices rise or fall.

Regarding Bundles
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.

Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Futech inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
